What unit size do I need? Our facility offers a variety of unit sizes to suit your storage requirements. Do I need to provide my own lock? Our premium locks are stainless steel to stand up to the weather with ease and are among the best in the industry to keep your stuff safe & secure. To buy a premium lock with a rental unit please reach out to the facility support.

How much notice must be given when I move out?
We require a 4 weeks notice to move out.
When are payments due and how do I pay my bill? Payments are due on the 1st of every month. A grace period of 7 days is charged before a late fee of $25 is charged. Payments can be processed by mail or you can easily <Hyper link> pay your storage bill online<Hyper link> through our secure online bill pay system. All of our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box; however, we do not recommend this option for cash payments.
Do you have automatic payment options? Yes, we do. You can sign up for autopay during online registration or at any point while you are a customer with us. We will automatically deduct your monthly charges from a credit card, debit card or a bank account.
What happens if I'm late with my payments? If your payment is late, we grant every customer a 7 day grace period. Late fees will be charged after the 7th day past your due date.To avoid the possibility of late fees, we recommend signing up for autopay.

How do I pay my storage bill?
You can easily pay your storage bill online through our secure online bill pay system.

How do I rent a unit?
Renting a unit is simple! You can rent a unit online through our website or visit our facility during office hours.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
To rent a unit, you will need a valid photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID.

We offer self-storage units as well as indoor boat/RV parking to meet a variety of storage needs.

What security features do you offer? There is no self-storage facility that can guarantee the absolute safety of your belongings. However, our facility is equipped with security cameras, secure units, and 24-hour access to ensure the safety and security of your belongings.

What if I fail to pay my rent/late fees? If rent and associated fees are not paid, you are at risk of the contents of your unit being sold at auction to pay for unpaid rent, fees and any costs of sale incurred by the facility.We never want this to happen and we will work with you to be flexible on providing multiple pay options.
